Service fee overview
HRDept operates with free job posting and candidate profile viewing for employers. Fees apply only when configured rewards are paid to candidates (e.g., interview attendance or successful probation completion).
Reward amounts are set by employers. Unused wallet balances may be withdrawn according to platform rules.
Payment & wallet
Employers fund their wallet before locking reward amounts for job posts. Transactions are recorded in the employer wallet history.
