SỨ MỆNH VỊ TRÍ

  • The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing integrated marketing activities for East West Brewing Co., with a strong focus on:
  • 1. Taproom Marketing Management: Driving traffic, engagement, and sales performance across the East West taproom system.
  • 2. Brand Building & Communication: Strengthening brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market positioning through creative campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • This role requires a proactive and hands-on marketer with strong experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or retail industries, capable of balancing operational execution with long-term brand development.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • I. TAPROOM MARKETING MANAGEMENT
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Marketing Operations for Taproom System
  • • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities for all East West taproom locations.
  • • Ensure consistency in branding, communication, promotions, and customer experience across the system.
  • • Coordinate closely with Operations and Taproom Managers to support sales-driving initiatives and local store performance.
  • • Develop monthly marketing calendars and promotional plans for taprooms.
  • 2. Customer Engagement & Retention
  • • Develop follow-up strategies and customer engagement initiatives to increase repeat visits and loyalty.
  • • Execute CRM activities, membership campaigns, customer database initiatives, and community engagement programs.
  • • Organize in-house activations, seasonal campaigns, happy hours, launches, and experiential events.
  • 3. Local Store Marketing & Partnerships
  • • Build relationships with local communities, partners, KOLs, influencers, and media to increase awareness and traffic for taprooms.
  • • Develop cross-promotional activities with brands, lifestyle communities, and strategic partners.
  • • Support franchise/branch alignment in marketing execution and operational branding.
  • 4. Campaign Execution & Reporting
  • • Coordinate and execute offline and online campaigns for taproom promotions.
  • • Track campaign performance, foot traffic, engagement, and sales impact.
  • • Prepare reports and propose optimization plans based on KPI analysis.
  • II. BRAND MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Brand Strategy & Development
  • • Support and implement brand-building strategies to strengthen East West Brewing Co.’s positioning in the market.
  • • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  • • Contribute ideas for new campaigns, collaborations, and creative initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • 2. Content & Creative Management
  • • Oversee the creation of marketing materials including:
  • o Social media content
  • o Digital campaigns
  • o Flyers & brochures
  • o POSM & print materials
  • o Presentations & brand decks
  • o Email marketing
  • o Video & visual content
  • • Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution.
  • 3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • • Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and website channels.
  • • Coordinate digital campaigns, paid media, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • • Analyze trends, market movements, competitors, and customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • 4. Influencer & Media Relations
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, media partners, and strategic collaborators.
  • • Support PR activities, product launches, special campaigns, and brand events.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Bắt buộc:

  • • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in: F&B, Hospitality, Lifestyle, Beverage industries.
  • • Experience managing multi-location/store marketing operations is a strong advantage.
  • • Strong understanding of: Brand Marketing/Social Media/Digital Marketing/Event & Community Marketing
  • • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/platforms.
  • • Basic knowledge of Canva, photography, or video editing is a plus.
  • • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and project management mindset.
  • • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Passionate, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
