SỨ MỆNH VỊ TRÍ

  • The Senior SAP Consultant (SCM) is responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA SCM solutions, ensuring seamless business integration, and delivering high-value technical consultancy. By combining deep functional expertise in SCM modules with strategic project management, this role empowers clients to optimize their supply chain processes while fostering the internal technical capabilities of the Citek consulting team.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Implement SAP S4/HANA modules (SCM) according to the requirements of each project.
  • Participate in the full cycle of new deployment projects, or participate in projects that Citek is implementing for domestic or foreign customers.
  • Perform the main tasks in the projects: business survey, solution consulting - configuring each module, writing manuals, training users, supporting operations, coordinating with departments, other functions to complete and Go-live projects.
  • Plan and manage all phases of SAP project implementation, from initiation and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Support management in building and developing Internal SAP consulting team to meet project demands effectively.
  • Support the sales team during the presales phase by delivering solution presentations, creating demos, preparing bidding documents (RFP/RFI), and providing technical consultation to win potential clients.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Bắt buộc:

  • At least 9 years of experience in ERP (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud, SAP ECC)
  • At least 9 years of experience in a similar position on SCM Modules.
  • Involved in at least 5 full cycle projects.
  • Proven experience in project management, leading SCM teams (including MM, SD, PP), providing end to end solution consulting, and assessing impacts on the FICO solution.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
  • Experienced in training, and mentoring team members.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules beyond SCM, enabling effective evaluation and alignment of cross-functional solutions.
  • Candidates with professional certifications in SCM, manufacturing management, or logistics will be highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel according to job requirements.
  • Have a development orientation and long-term attachment to the SAP ERP industry.
