Trade Marketing Executive

ROLE MISSION

• The Marketing Procuction Executive will support packaging and supplier management, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, brewery, and production teams.
• This role also supports export-related marketing services, handling customized packaging, documents, and coordination with overseas partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 1. Packaging & Design Execution
• • Coordinate label and packaging development for core, seasonal, and export products.
• • Work closely with designers, suppliers, and brewery to ensure correct technical files, print materials, and compliance.
• • Track production schedules, sample approvals, and QC reports to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• • Manage packaging change requests, updates, and documentation (ALC/IBU info, compliance text, etc.).
• 2. Supplier & Production Coordination
• • Work directly with printing and production suppliers to bring marketing designs into reality, including packaging materials, POSM items (such as glasses, coasters, table tents, posters), and brand merchandise (T-shirts, tote bags, etc.).
• • Coordinate closely with designers, the brewery, and vendors to ensure all items are produced according to approved artwork, material standards, and brand guidelines.
• • Manage quotation, sample approval, production schedule, and quality control across all printed and fabricated items.
• • Liaise with packaging suppliers (eg: labels, shrink wraps, and cartons); and POSM suppliers for small-scale production or customized orders.
• • Maintain clear documentation of each project, including technical specs, cost sheets, delivery status, and supplier performance.
• • Support the Marketing Manager in sourcing new production partners and materials that meet quality and cost-efficiency requirements.
• • Work with the Distribution Marketing Executive to ensure consistent material quality and smooth handover from production to distribution.
• 3. Export Marketing Service
• • Coordinate with Export Sales and overseas partners for localized label requirements and product documents.
• • Support creation of export product sheets, trade materials, and label translation (EN–VN).
• • Track export packaging orders and ensure compliance with partner markets (Thailand, Singapore, etc.).
• 4. Branding Support
• • Support product photography, hero shots, and content production for packaging launches.
• • Assist in preparing presentation decks or documents for new product introduction and export proposals.
• 5. Reporting & Administration
• • Maintain organized folders of packaging specs, supplier communications, and version history.
• • Prepare regular progress reports for packaging and supplier status.
• • Support other ad-hoc marketing tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
